2. Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
3. Services: VeGrid provides solar power solutions as a service. Detailed specifications of your chosen solution will be provided in your specific service agreement.
4. Data Privacy: Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and local data protection laws. We use your data to facilitate service delivery and communication.
5. Verification: OTP verification via phone and email is required to ensure account security. You agree to receive these communications from us.
6. Usage: You agree not to use VeGrid services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or disable our infrastructure.
7. Payments: Service fees and payment terms are as specified in your individual contract. Late payments may result in service interruption.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement according to the notice periods specified in the final service contract.
